Bellows globe valve temperature -29-350℃, switch without friction, sealing is not easy to wear, small opening and closing torque. 1. The bellows is made of 2~6 layers of overlapped stainless steel or Inconel material to prevent the leakage of the valve due to the single layer of the bellows. The bellows seal structure is reasonable, fatigue resistant and long service life.
2, Bellows design in the valve cover cavity, to avoid direct erosion with the media, to improve the service life of bellows.
3, Double seal design (bellows + packing), bellows based seal, packing as auxiliary seal. If the bellows fail, stem packing will also avoid leakage.
4. The metal bellows used for the stem seal is welded on the valve stem at the lower end, and the dielectric is leaked out through the movement clearance of the valve stem. The upper end is arranged between the valve body and the valve cover and forms a static seal with the gasket.
5. The valve is provided with an inverted sealing structure, and the sealing is reliable.
