                  [Essential information]

                  1, the valve adopts integral mold column full lined wear-resistant polyurethane structure, the use of high-strength high-quality polyurethane raw materials, providing an ultra long wear life.

                  2, the valve seat is provided with a self flushing structure, with a large area at the bottom of the valve plate fillet, closing process, fluid flow speed, flow change, vortex flush valve seat bottom, without blocking particles from the valve seat bottom discharge valve seat and achieve zero leakage.

                  3, thickening of stainless steel valve plate (to do surface wear-resistant treatment), after repeated grinding and polishing treatment, coupled with the characteristics of polyurethane lining of the valve to ensure the sealing and service life of the valve. (gate wear treatment options, ion nitriding, degree of hardening, tempering, hard alloy, spray coating materials, tungsten carbide composite hardfacing layer)

                  4, The upper sealing adopts the whole injection elastic rubber, and the inner body is embedded with a self-lubricating Teflon filler. When the sealing is ensured, the friction resistance of the rubber itself is reduced, and the running of the valve is smoother.

                  5, polyurethane valve lining and stainless steel valve plate and the upper sealing filler, can then the valve service process after the end of the independent replacement parts, greatly saving the new equipment supply cycle.

                  [Valve features]

                  1, full diameter: This valve is a full diameter shut-off valve, after opening, the valve plate is fully upgraded to the valve chamber, the valve plate is not directly contact with the media, to avoid the valve plate by medium erosion and wear.
                  2, two-way seal: This valve installation should confirm the flow direction of medium, can achieve full positive pressure zero leakage, reverse pressure less than 50% return zero leakage.
                  3, sealing: using an integral molding with bevel design of three yuan ethylene propylene rubber, embedded self lubrication, PTFE to ensure sealing, while reducing the friction resistance of the filler, and provides extraordinary service life.
                  4, wear-resistant polyurethane lining: lining adopts integral pouring polyurethane elastomer, providing long wear and corrosion resistant life. In addition, this lining can be replaced. We will provide technical guidance or replace it at the designated site.
                  5, valve plate: wear resistant stainless steel plate, can do all kinds of wear-resistant surface treatment, the valve plate can be replaced.
                  6, this valve as a dielectric shut-off valve, it is not recommended for regulating flow valve, used as a control valve, will shorten the service life of the valve.
